Orcas Highlands roads are maintained by the Orcas Highlands Homeowners Association. Dues for road maintenance are collected quarterly. Most recent resurfacing project was completed in spring of 2018. If you notice hazards or deteriorating road conditions, please contact the Orcas Highlands HOA Board.
